We keep this simple: we collect only what we need to run this service, we don't sell your data, and we don't use it for advertising.

Synta ("we", "our", "us") is a boutique web development studio based in Singapore. We operate the website at synta.live and related services. You can reach us at [email protected].

2. Information We Collect

We collect information in the following ways:

Contact form submissions, when you fill in our contact form, we collect your name, email address, company name, and message content. This is used solely to respond to your enquiry.
AI chat interactions (Aria), messages sent to our AI assistant Aria are processed in real-time by Google's Gemini API. We do not store chat transcripts on our servers. Refer to Google's Privacy Policy for how Gemini processes data.
Usage data, we may collect anonymised analytics data (e.g. pages visited, time on site) via third-party tools. This data is aggregated and cannot be used to identify you.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services that may process your data:

Firebase (Google), website hosting and infrastructure. Firebase Privacy
Google Gemini API, powers the Aria AI chat assistant. Messages are sent to Google's servers for processing. Google Privacy Policy
Google Fonts, typography loaded from Google's CDN. Google may log your IP address. Google Privacy Policy
Google Search Console & Analytics, anonymised traffic analysis.

5. Cookies

This website uses minimal cookies. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. Essential cookies may be set by our hosting provider (Firebase) for operational purposes. You can disable cookies in your browser settings; this will not affect your ability to use the site.

6. Data Retention

Contact form submissions are retained only as long as necessary to handle your enquiry, after which they are deleted. We do not maintain a CRM or marketing database.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

Access the personal data we hold about you
Request correction of inaccurate data
Request deletion of your data
Withdraw consent at any time

Your data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored on Google-managed infrastructure with industry-standard security. We do not store payment information, all payments (if any) are handled by Stripe's PCI-compliant platform.

Our services are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in a new "Last updated" date at the top. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
