1. The Guarantee
Synta guarantees that our client platforms (including edge routing, static assets, and core API pathways) will be accessible and operational 99.9% of the time during any given calendar month.
2. Architecture & Reliability
We achieve this through an enterprise-grade stack. Our architecture avoids monolithic single points of failure by leveraging:
- Global Edge Networks (Cloudflare Edge Caching) for instant global DNS routing.
- Serverless Hosting (Google Firebase Hosting) mapped across multi-region datacenters.
- Stateless Compute rendering UI instantly without reliance on fragile CMS databases.
3. Support Response Times
In the unlikely event of an outage, our support matrix guarantees the following initial response times:
- Severity 1 (Full Outage): < 2 Hours
- Severity 2 (Partial Disruption): < 8 Hours
- Severity 3 (Feature Bug): < 24 Hours
4. Exclusions
The SLA does not apply to downtime caused by:
- General internet infrastructure failures external to our stack.
- Downtime resulting from third-party vendor failures (e.g., Google Datacenter global outage).
- Scheduled maintenance (client will be notified 48 hours in advance).
- Malicious attacks (DDoS) exceeding standard Cloudflare enterprise mitigation capacity.
5. Service Credit Compensation
If we fail to meet the 99.9% threshold in a calendar month, eligible clients may request a Service Credit equating to up to 20% of their monthly recurring fee.
